What is it?
Microsoft SQL Server is a relational database management system developed by Microsoft.
Why do we use it?
Although it is not our preferred choice of relational database, we have extensive experience in using SQL Server and we can support our enterprise clients where Microsoft’s RDBMS is already in place.
How can you benefit from using it?
Microsoft SQL Server comes packed with a lot of advanced features (transparent data encryption, advanced auditing, etc.) that can be useful for some enterprise applications. Also, if your organisation already operates SQL Server instances, it is advisable to utilise that infrastructure in your new products as well.
