Delivering value to our clients is one of our primary goals at Corballis. Achieving this requires flexible pricing models that work across our consulting, development and maintenance services.
Our standard pricing models are:
- Time & Materials: Project budget is formed on the basis of man hours actually worked

- When the project specification either has an insufficient level of detail or does not exist, development processes and deadlines are not yet clear, documentation is unavailable or incomplete. This model has the flexibility to be adjusted to the changing needs of time and resources.
- Fixed price: Project budget is formed on the basis of man hours actually worked

- We recommend this model when project specification, requirements for development processes, deadlines and resources are clearly defined, technical documentation is already available or properly planned. The result is a fixed budget and deadline and Corballis will cover all project risks.
- Monthly contract: Based on a fixed amount of work per month. Any additional work outside of the monthly allocation is charged on a time and materials basis.

- This approach gives the best of fixed price and time & materials models. It provides the financial predictability of the fixed price and the flexibility of the time and materials models. It is ideally suited for support and maintenance contracts.
