What is it?
Oracle Database is an object-relational database management system produced by Oracle Corporation.
Why do we use it?
Although it is not our preferred choice of relational database, we have extensive experience in using Oracle Database and we can support our enterprise clients where Oracle’s RDBMS is already in place.
How can you benefit from using it?
Oracle Database comes packed with a lot of advanced features that can be useful for some enterprise applications. These features are usually not available in open source products, but you will need to have skilled experts to correctly utilise the database. If your organisation already operates Oracle Database instances, it is advisable to utilise that infrastructure in your new products as well.
